Complaint Details
Kalindipuram Scheme came into existance in 1992. Incomplete flats have been allotted and possession geven to allottees. Some of the allottees have got their flats sale deed and freehold deed registered. The colony has not been handed over to the local body as the colny has not been fully developed as yet. When asked for maintenance of road and othe civic aminities the ADA raised the bill of maintenance charges. As the completion of the colony and handing it over to the local body was the duty of ADA and it has failed in its duty, they are ought to complete the colony and hand it over to the appropriate authority,they are duty bound to maintain the colony till the handing over is finalised. Kindly help.
