Dear sir

This complain is in relation to the pathetic and lethargic response of well know mobile brands micromax.

The core subject of the complain lies in the undisputed fact that the company has been selling its handsets without having any provision to supplement or support the warranty aspect of its handsets.

In my case the company has requested and literally made me wait for for more than 34 days till date and further requesting that the spares would be available after 1 month. Attached is the bill and job card.

This waiting period seems unjustified since for a phone which is barely 6 months old has a faulty screen touch.

Customer cannot be made to wait for such a prolonged period due to the companies policies for not backing up spares.

Please look into the matter and request the company to provide me a new phone with some compensation for unwanted harassment.
