Complaint Details
I had booked 4 tickets to dubai from Mumbai.I was supposed to fly on 27th March 2015 and return on 30th March 2015. Due to unforeseen circumstances i cannot travel and hence i requested for a reschedule. The company now says that the ticket is valid only for a month and hence i need to book the tickets before 30th April. Nowhere in the ticket it has been mentioned that the ticket has one month validity. moreover, the ticket clearly states that you can cancel and amend the tickets by calling the customer care. it says that i need to pay the recheduling fee and the fare difference. Also there are no tickets available on that airline the whole month of april.

i am going through a lot of stress by talking to the customer care. I have been chasing them for the last 7 days and there has been no proper response when i check them on the rescheduling dates. They are adamant that its my mistake that i booked it online. I have attached the ticket copy which states the cancellation and the amendment point. I am in big trouble as i may end up losing a big chunk of money if i cancel since its a non-refundable ticket.
