The delivered product is duplicate product. With feedback of a colleague, 5 of us ordered same product and strangely a duplicate product was delivered to all of us. We came to know when we compared it with Palash original product, which is clearly heavy, having hallmark and functions as expected, also has a pouch in it. Whereas our delivered product is duplicate without hallmark. I will no longer be associated with Paytm ever in my life and will not allow my friends to be as well to the best of my efforts. Cheating is not a solution and should be out of market ethics. I have been purchasing many stuff through you in past, be it recharges, hard drives and advocating for you over Freerecharge in my friends group. Now I know why they were right and why are you wrong and I am cheated. Do the needful asap.
