The delivered product is duplicate product. With feedback of a colleague, 5 of us ordered same product and strangely a duplicate product was delivered to all of us. We came to know when we compared it with Palash original product, which is clearly heavy, having hallmark and functions as expected, also has a pouch in it. Whereas our delivered product is duplicate without hallmark.

I will no longer be associated with Paytm ever in my life and will not allow my friends to be as well to the best of my efforts. Cheating is not a solution and should be out of market ethics.

They have stopeed replying at all. I have made a payment of Rs 2109/- for two pendrives and 1 power back up for mobile devices. I cancelled the pendrives,refund for which has not been made yet and the power back up is an absolute joke, it looks like a toy and is so light in weight in front of the original one.Paytm is fraud.
They do not reply to mails and commit to call the customer within one hour if we request an urgency. I have done it 5 times and have not received any calls.
Do the needful asap.
