Complaint Details
I have purchased karbonn s9 mobile on 05-04-2014 ,in the month of jan 2015 touch of mobile is not working properly and i have given hand set at karbonn service centre locate at D-30 2nd floor old patparganj road delhi-110092 ,but till date i have not received my handset .i have visited couple of times till date but inspite of new time i have not received anything else .
Manager of that service centre does not have manners to how to talk with customers .
Service centre is on the name of CELL CARE .
please help to get my handset replaced asap
