Dear Sir

I have invested in the above mutual fund in fixed tenure fund series XII plan option Plan C Growth Option ISIN INF 090Io1403 Folio NO 4014755615 Certificate no 1414 Distinctive NOs 0130973194-0130974193.While investing in 1000 units under the above scheme I was residing in Srirangam, Trichy 620006, TN. Now I have shifted to Palakkad in Kerala. After coming here I intimated them regarding my change of address and change of Bank particulars. Then they asked to write to Karvy office in Hyderabad. I also wrote to them enclosing self attested copy of PAN Card, copy of Aadhar Card as address proof and cancelled original SBI Srirangam cheque, by ordinary post, They informed me that they did not receive the above papers. Again I sent all the above documents by registered post no A RL878456015IN on 16th March 2015. I also requested them to acknowledge my registered letter with documents, which they did not do. For the mails I sent on 3rd March 11th March and 16th March I did not get a satisfactory reply. Again I have sent a mail today. Kindly look into the matter.
