Sir,
I bought Spice-MI-436 one and half year ago.Recently battery has dried up.As I contacted Spicesmartphones they gave me an address of a store & assured me that battery is available.But that store failed to do so & expressed their inability .I again contacted Spicesmartpphone but they again gave me the same advice to contact the same store which failed to deliver battery.Now my question if they can't provide battery why should that company be allowed to befool people?All the other companies provide battery of their respective models.Only Spicesmartphone cheats customers.My battery model no is SGB 03.Can you please help me in this regard?
