I filed a complaint for my broken iPhone 5s to new india assurance comp. Three months ago.I have the compalaint no. But after that due to some serious personal issues I was unable to do further process for getting the claim. I have provided them with details of accidents of my phone and have the complaint no. Just want to know is it possible for me to still get the claim. Insurance expiied last week
