Hi I have booked a policy online from HDFC life Insurance on 3 th feb 2015, Submitted all the relevant documents after doing many times calls to customer care medical is done then again I am getting a mail from their side that I have to submit the documents which I have already submitted,

Till now policy is not INFORCED if any thing unfortunate will happen the claim will not be processed no meaning to buy the policy.

Request you to please do the need full and please acknowledge the complaint and revert
