They just delivered partial orders (only few items and not all) and are not delivering remaining items. They are not responding to mails. Have sent mails to customercare@purplle.com on 16th Dec 14, 18th Dec 14, 21st Dec 14, 26th Dec 14, 31st Dec 14, 2nd Jan 15, 6th Jan 15, 9th Jan 15, 11th Jan 15, 12th Jan 15, 16th Jan 15, 19th Jan 15, 2nd feb 15, 6th Feb 15, 9th Feb 15, 11th Feb 15, 13th Feb 15, 16th Feb 15, 28th Feb 15, 12th Mar 15, 18th Mar 15, 15th Mar 15 but this is till unresolved

One of the items delivered was totally damaged and even though they promised replacement, they have still not reshipped replacement till date. They are not responding to mails. Have sent mails to customercare@purplle.com on 16th Jan 15, 17th Jan 15, 20th Jan 15, 23rd jan 15, 26th Jan 15, 2nd Feb 15, 5th Feb 15, 14th Feb 15, 16th Feb 15, 28th Feb 15, 12th Mar 15, 17th Mar 15, 24th Mar 15 but this is till unresolved
I asked for manager callback by mailing them on customercare@purplle.com on 19th feb 15, 20th feb 15, 25th Feb 15, 12th Mar 15, 18th mar 15, 25th Mar 15 and the managers are sleeping
I tried contacting their customer support and floor manager/supervisor on 9223300222 but their phone was always busy and it used to get disconnected after sometime. Finally I somehow got connected on 19th Mar 2015 and floor manager told me she will call back in 15 minutes from her desk and extension with resolution. I didn't get the call, so mailed them again for same on 20th Mar 15 and 25th Mar 15, but didn't get any callback or resolution
Immediately need following
1] Resolution for all pending issues and deliveries
2] Apology note from Purplle.com
3] Compensation of Rs. 5000 for my time, effort and harassment caused by Purplle.com
