Dear All,

We ordered a Micromax Canvas Gold A300 through ebay(151455061049) on 5th Nov 2014 and got it delivered on 10th Nov.

Since first week of purchase, we observed poor performance with respect to battery and when contacting the customer service they asked us to reduce the brightness. Even after that we noticed poor performance w.r.t battery, after every ten minutes of usage mobile phone switches off. It's night mare to use the phone, again visited Micromax customer care

and after thorough investigation they said the problem is due to faulty motherboard and that needs 30 days period for getting the change done. And they need us to leave the phone with them for 1 month, they will order for it and after 30 days we have to get the mobile back.

I am feeling cheated by purchasing Micromax mobile, what should I do by giving the phone to Micromax customer care, for 1 month? Being a mother of two young kids What should I do for communication for 1 month without having a mobile phone in case of emergency?

Mr Vineet Taneja(CEO, of Micromax) - Can you please answer my questions regarding poor quality of Micromax phone(inspite of we paid 16,000/-)?

Why the faulty motherboard released to market? without the quality checks?

Why we have to wait for 1 month by leaving the phone at customer care service with out any fault at my end?

Don't you feel responsible for the poor quality, customer care service and harassment to customer?
