Complaint Details
Dear Sir,

I have made a deal regarding the purchase of the bank auction property from the property dealer
Frozen Fresh Lemon Pvt. Ltd. Address. A-203,204 Mourya Shopping Center Opp. Jain temple Above Muthoot FinanceCorporation , Ambadi road Vasai(w) 401202.

I have paid 20% of the total cost of the Dealed property in July-2012 for the Flate No. 02 -C/8 Ground Floor , NILE CHS ., Godrej Hill Khadakpada, Kalyan (W) as per their advertisement on the 99acres website.

Following is the details of the cheque payment .

1. One Lac Only (Rs.-1,00000/-) Cheque No. 324645 HDFC Bank ,
Lokhandwala branch Andheri (w) --dated 12/07/2012 .
&
2.One Lac Only (Rs.-1,00000/-) Cheque No. 324646 HDFC Bank ,
Lokhandwala branch Andheri (w) --dated 26/07/2012 .

(Total paid Rupees Two lacs ( Rs. 200000/-) Attached the xerox copy of MOU & Cheque

They have promised that they will make arrangement of remaining the 80% (Rupees Eight Lac only) loan from the LIC finance & complete the sell agreement & registration settlement in first week of January -2013 .

But recently they are not receiving the phone call (Mobile is switched off ) & also not any response from their end.

Therefore I request you that please do help me to recover the amount paid ,(Total paid Rupees Two lacs ( Rs. 2,00,000/-) .
