Work order No.310001153730/13-2-15, 310001200390/5-3-15, 310001240625/24-3-15. Replacement mobile Xolo Q900s problem. 2 times repaired in factory & 2 times repauried in F1 service centre, Coimbatore. Same problems continued. Anujpatwal from Xolo mail customer care, Vinoth from F1 service centre, Karthi from Xolo Coimbatore xolo service in charge, Viswanathan from Xolo South service head deals this complaints. Now 45 days finished. Viswanathan given a approval for replacement of new mobile xolo 8 x1020 by phone call to Vinoth DT 24-3-15. Then the 3rd work order created and the problem mobile sent to Xolo factory. Courier dispatched DT 19-3-15. But still now the approved new replacement mobile not dispatched. Now the all persons are not attend my calls and not given details about mobile dispatch. Xolo Customer care Head Ashu mam Also know this issue. But no respond from any side. Please process this complaint and do the need full.
