Complaint Details
On 12 April 2014 i purchased a laptop(hp). While visiting website am found a offer "hphappyholidayoffer"www.hp.com/in/happyholidaysoffer in which mentioned that we (hp) willgive me 3gifts (hp headphone, hp Speaker,hp Wireless mouse) only at 999 with one year warranty but you not given me a single bill regarding this. Now am facing a problem that my speaker not working since 2month for that reason i also connect to "hp service centre, GAYA BIHAR 823001" , hp Redemption cell,Nehru Palace,New Delhi But they said that your warranty will be not accepted. I also connected many times on differents numbers i.e; 1800112267,+918033829000,18004254999 and many more numbers but they said that this is not in my hand... At last i want to request you to please solve my problem.
They only provided me redemption code.
