I had bought Videocon split ac last year April month.
For installation people come properly. I have free service for first year. So during this year I register 4 times for the service of the AC but every time executives cancels the complaint with various reasons or they didn’t respond at all. my latest service request on 25th March2015 with reference no THA2503150170. which was also unattended . When again make complaint on after 4 days that we will immediately take the action, but even after 2 days of that no executive call or reach to my home for servicing .
