Complaint Details
1 I had registered a complaint regarding non functioning of bajaj flora 3ltr instant water geyser on 27th Mar at 1000h. I was given 6632224 as complaint no with an assurance that the complaint will be rectified within 48h.
2 I recd a call from ph no 8882325428,and the individual identified himself as service engr of bajaj and told me that my complaint would be rectified on 29th Mar .The indl did not turnup the whole day and when I contacted him at 6pm he told me that he would do the needful on 30th Mar.
3 On 30th Mar your service engr did not turn up till 1200h and after repeated calls from us kept giving false assurances that he would attend to the call and finally did not turnup till 6pm.I again spoke to your customer care dept and was given another complaint no 6654206.
4 I am a serving army officer and cannot waste time waiting for your service engr who make false assurances and do not attend to the complaints in time. The product was purchased by us on the big name the company holds, which I now feel was a mistake.I would like to know the chain of redressal of grievance in your company where my problem is rectified on priority and action taken agsinst your service engr for false assurance.I have wasted enough time,money and efforts in chasing the company for my complaint to be rectified and would definitely like to know the next level of grievance redressal .
