Complaint Details
We received delivery of new fridge on 22.03.2015. But we noticed there were scratches inside the fridge. Which we showed to technician who came from panasonic. He took the photos of the scratches and said will do the needful. Upon my continuous follow up, i received a call on 27.03.2015 from Mr. Babu from kannur service center, assuring us that we will revert back to u within few days, i have been clearly stating to them that i need the replacement. But till now there is no call from them and today when I called I was told there is no complaint registered with them.
