Order ID - OD102403759561675700 Tracking number: WSRP1487977499 I Bought an Asus zenfone 5 from flipkart.com on 24th march. I havent received the same till now and in between I had send a couple of emails which I will describe below. It was promised to be deliver on 28th march, then 31 st and now april 2 nd. It just takes maximum of 48 hours to ship anything from bangalore to kottayam, kerala for any shipping services and my order was placed on 24th april. I have made the purchase through my credit card choosing emi and ? even cancelling the same will cost me. Now I am afraid of losing my money on this. Just now I received a call from their customer care executive +918067982400 , aruhi or something I didnt get her name.?She was asking whether I received any calls from the courier company and started blaming their own ekart service. Its regarding my order and she was telling flipkart's incapability. Flipkart couldnt track the shipment and it might have been lost. And if I want the money back flipkart can refund or else I have to wait till 11th april for a re shipment. I dont want to go for a re shipment as I am leaving town for 2 weeks . This is a pure case of cheating and as I informed earlier I will lose my money on emi and bank charges for virtually buying a phone from flipkart. Its so irritating and thats why I need your help. I was waiting for a whole week after giving the full payment using my credit card and now if ask for a refund I have to wait another 7-14 days to get back that and my credit card has already started to charge the emi.....
