Complaint Details
I had booked a speed post EV367919629IN on 03-12-1014 from India Post Service (Ramnagar S.O -244715). The said services are suffering from the following defects: I had booked an article and send through Ramnagar S.O (Nainital) 244715 as a speed post. As I can see India post service delivered my article at wrong address. I not have received final/closed report about my lost article/speed post from IPS despite my two reminders dated 23 December and 18 January and several other emails for the lost goods. My local post office does not even consider my request for lost article. I have reported the above matter to IPS several times but despite all my pleadings IPS have not made to recover the goods which is indeed regrettable and highly unprofessional. I have suffered losses/ incurred expenses of Rs. 5000
