Complaint Details
There has been fraud activity on my JetPrivilege account and my points have been used up by a fraudster. I have an emergency at home and wanted to redeem these points to fly back home. I've saved up so many miles and Jet Airways has not been supportive in this case and the customer reps. have been rude and responding carelessly.
Please help me in this case.
