Dear sir

I am Namit Kulshrestha s/o V K Kulshrestha from Bangalore. I have been made victim of cyber fraud by a travel company called online deals today (http://onlinedealstoday.co.in/). On 17th march 2015 I got a call from sales person called Ankit Srivastava. He told me that I have been selected for their promotional offer for stay in hotel for 5 days and 4 nights. He also stated that if I book the tour package on same day then by paying Rs 7999, I will be eligible for free gift from their company - Sony Tablet or Dell Laptop. I opted for Dell Laptop. After that I also got a confirmation mail about this offer from this company in my mail box. I made the payment. I got my hotel voucher but it has been 16 days I didn't receive my laptop. I purchased this package only for laptop. Ankit's phone number is 9711075366. I have been trying to call on this number from last 2 days but either it is coming no answer or he is cutting my call. I called up this company's customer care too. He told me a different story. He said that dell laptop in Rs 7999 is not possible. I m feeling very helpless as I feel that I have been robbed of Rs 7999. Please help me in resolving this.
