Complaint Details
Dear Sir/Mam,
This is regarding my order number 796661578 which I purchased on 13-03-2015 from Paytm. I received one out of three unit in broken condition. Regarding this I lodged complain with Paytm customer care and also initiated return for the item. On 19-3-2015 Paytm accepted my return request and initiated reverse pickup for the same. They told me that my product will be picked up by Bluedart courier shortly. But till date no one came to pick up the product. Regarding this I lodged numbers of complain with their customer care but either they don’t reply or some time they replied by just saying it will be picked-up soon. Multiple of times I asked about the courier details if they really initiated the reverse pickup but till date they haven’t share the same.
I request you to kindly look into the matter at your level and do needful at your end. Iam attaching copy of conversation with customer care executive.

I again request you to help me in returning broken product which I received from Paytm.
