Sir
on 11 march 2015 , i applied for HDFC life Click to invest , life insurance policy , for which i provided the information that they had asked for. it was Rs 3000/- per month for a period of five years. upon submitting the asked information , an amount of Rs 9000/- was submitted by me as a premium for first three months.the amount was submitted to the insurance company. After this , the company is asking me to fill a huge form , regarding medical investigations which i dont have. I asked them to return the premiun that has been submitted because the insurance policy has not been issued. They are not listening to my request of cancellation of the policy against which they have collected Rs 9000/-.
i feel they should have asked for the required medical documents before taking the premium.
