Complaint Details
We have signed up a contract with Niyo in June 2008 for the purchase of a house in Scottish Gardens society at Gram Nevri in Bhopal.

The promised delivery by the builder was in 2010. Based on that all the payment installments were made on time. However, there has been absolutely no activities by the builder since last 3 years and my 90% of the payment has already been done.

Now there is no contact with the builder either in Bhopal or in their head office in Delhi. We have been cheated by the builder for more than 20 Lakh rupees. We request your help in the matter.
