Complaint Details
I bought Ferns N Petals's midnight delivery services on the 13th February to deliver expensive flower bouquet to a friend in Gurgaon. The delivery was not done as promised and no one from the co. bothered to contact me during the time of delivery or inform me upon failure in delivering. After having not delivered, i tried to call them multiple times at their call centre complaint system. Probably due to flooding of calls from other irate Valentine's Day customers, they either cut my call or my calls went un-attended. And when i was able to contact them about the non-delivery, and no communication they tell me that they cannot refund the money as flowers are perishable. Flowers might be perishable but if they did not try to deliver them then it is not my fault. The security at my friends apartment confirmed that there was no one from FNP who came to enter the gate. I confirm that there was no call from anyone from the FNP delivery side. Also there was no email/ SMS afterwards from FNP saying that the product was delivered/ not -delivered. All this proves that they were unable to service my order given huge surge during the Valentines day in the young city of Gurgaon. I believe that i have the right to claim my hard eared money which these guys have written down so easily. Their flowers might be perishable but consumers money isn't.
