I would like file a complaint against Vinod Thaker owner of India Green Realty based in Ahmedabad. We purchased plot in Greenland NalSarovar 4 years back, even today we have not got possession of the plot. We are not able to reach him by phone and his office don't have a definite answer. Please help in filing this complaint and taking further action.
