ITS AN ONLINE SHOP FOR ORDERING GIFTS AND CAKES. I HAVE ORDERED CAKE WHICH THEY DID NOT DELIIVER ON TIME. THEY ACCEPTED THE ORDER AND SENT ME THE CONFIRMATION MAIL.NEITHER THEY ARE RETURNING ME THE AMOUNT. I AM ATTATCHING THE RECEIPT WHICH THEY MAILED ME FOR ONLINE PAYMENT.I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER MANY A TIMES. THEY DID NOT ENTERTAIN ME. SOMEHOW I GOT SOME OTHER NO. OF THEIR. BUT DESPITE A 30 MINUTES LONG CONVERSATION THEY ARE NOT READY TO REFUND ME THE AMOUNT.I RELIED ON THEM BUT THEY DITCHED ME DUE TO WHICH I SUFFERED NOT ONLY ECONOMICALLY BUT ALSO MENTALLY.
