There is frequent service interuption and speed degradation on my current broadband connection from Relaince postpaid. I am using thsi connection for last 4-5 years. till now there is balcklog for payment. Recently I have changed my plan to another one on december 2014 onwards. While connecting to dongle it says remote computer is not responding. WHile conatcting customer care they will suggest some troubleshoooting steps and finally they will told to visit nearest relaince store for checking your dongle. This was happend in almost all cases. But while chekcing the device it is perfect condition and no proble at all with device. Then relaince store team will escalate thsi and it willl take another 3 days to sole the issue.The issue will repeat 2-3 times in a month. There is no use of contacting there customer support. Even there website in customer cupport portal, teh option for creating new complaint option is not working. Anybody can check. You cant create service request from there portal. 231872806 4 april 2015 These are the docket numbers I ahve registered with Relaince. I cant get all details beacuse old details are deleted from website it self. they will keep only last 90 days tickets.
Some times speed is degraded and even we cant open google page. Some times there is no service. We need to wait minimum 3 days to rectify the issue. And it will happening almost 2-3 times in a month
