I purchased bajaj platini air cooler from avenue supermarkets ltd, koparkhairane on 7/4/15 at 11 am.on arrival it was found pump was not working.my complaint for the same was 6701339-1.technician came and repaired on 7/4/15.it was fine for 10 min and again stopped.my second complaint number is 6709180-1.now technician says to replace the fan motor.we request you to please look into the matter.and in these circumstances,we request you to please instruct the company to replace the air cooler itself as it is still not functional since first day.
