Hi,
I have given my mobile with IMEI:911374105566506/911374105566514 at the service center address given by Karbonn customer care.
initially they said your mobile had a problem with the charging pin and it won't cover you under warranty (even my mobile is under warranty only), i had even informed them that i already contacted the Karbon care and they have said that it will cover under warranty but they have not accepted.
then they didn't gave me any authorized job sheet too ( i have even requested for the authorized one) ,instead they had given me a service bill under Datta Communications and have mentioned a cost of 200 Rs/- as an estimation cost for the repair
Now I have cal'd them for asking whether my mobile was repaired ? they said it was done and it doesn't cover under warranty so a cost of 250 Rs/- will charge you for that.
The consumers are telling their products will be fully repaired or replaced under warranty before we purchase the product but after that they will tell their own reasons to empty our pockets.
So I request you to take this as a high priority and solve this issue soon.
