Complaint Details
I required a personal loan for home renovation and in the process I saw an advertisement in Mumbai Mirror in the Loans column. My mother contacted Mr.Vishal at 07053994900 and asked for the details, he said that they would only charge Rs.6500/- for processing. Then we deposited the money in the name of Mr.Prabhat Bhusan, PNB Ac. no:-1116000100267636, IFSC Code:-PUNB0111600, Pan No:- BURPV7292P, Branch- Nehru Nagar, Ghaziabad. These details were in the intimate letter I recieved. The details of the Intimate Letter is Ref:VA/#(2012), Process No:-SRM#470, and the details to be sent via e-mail to "shriramfinance010@gmail.com". Cheque was deposited on the above mentioned name and acnt no., cheque no:-100050 (Abhyudaya Co-op Bank Ltd.) dated 30-03-15. After this Mr. Vishal said, that all formalities have been done and he would deposit the Loan amount into my Account via RTGS. After an hour, he called again and said that i need to pay the Stamp duty and other charges of Rs.9750/- mentioned in the Approval Letter of them. The amount was paid immediately and so Mr. Vishal said that the loan amount would be transfered wthin an hour into the account. Then there was no call from him for around 5 hours. Finally, he again asked for Rs.12,700/- for insurance and this would be final as the loan is under process and the amount would be transferred immediately. But, today morning he came up with an issue about guarantor, and asked me to pay Rs.15000/-, and then only i would get the loan amount or else my file would be closed and will not get the deposited cash back. In short, I request you to please get the paid money back or the loan approved. I have got the phone call conversations and the paid money receipts, also their approval and intimate letters.
