I was told that ac has lots of features like AutoClean, De-humidification, Good Sleep, Smart Saver.... but none of the feature is available in Ac.. It is a simple wall hanging water cooler. I have Purchased Samsung AC on your salesman's recommendation. Product was purchased on 26.3.15 and same was installed on 29.03.15. Product quality is not upto mark. There is sound coming as soon as Split Ac starts and cooling is just like an normal fan or an Cooler. It has made my hard earned money waste in buying Rs. 31000/- Split AC. Instead I could have bought Cooler for 5000/-. I have raised complaint no. 8004129829 on 30.03.2015 for return of product and issue Credit Note instead.
