Complaint Details
On 17 March 2013, I have deposited an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- with Helios & Matheson Information Technology Ltd., Andheri (E) for a period of three years i.e. 17 March 2016. I was given post-dated cheques for interest for the above fixed deposit. In December 2014, my interest cheque bounced and I was intimated by my Bankers that due to insufficient balance, the cheque has bounced. The Co.in Mumbai has shut down.They have a branch in Chennai,several letters have been sent to Chennai Office but no response from them. Please help me to get back my amount deposited.
