on 28/3/15 i have given my mobile to service centre because movement of touch screen is doing very slow. They told me after after software update ur movement of screen is doing well. you need to take back up of your mobile. I told him my warranty is close after 31/3/15 then he reply ok mam we will provide you service of software updation but now they have charge me.
