Complaint Details
On 23/03/2015, one Ms.Neha telephoned over my Mobile phone that they are supplying the following seven items of 'Reebok'make with a free gift of Micromax Mobile:
1.Reebok Shoes
2.Reebok Watch
3.Reebok Goggles
4.Reebok Track suit
5.Reebok Jeans
6.Alumina Wallet
7.Reebok Travel Bag
& Micromax Mobile. I was told that I have to pay Rs.7200/- at the Post office, on receipt of the Packet.Any discrepency of materials shall be taken care by them.
I received the Packet from Post office on 8/4/2015 and after opening the packet, I found the following discrepencies:
1.Reebok shoe size was '9'while I had asked for Size'8'.
2.Reebok Jeans nt supplied,
3. Track suit is 'Adidas' make,
4.Travel Bag is not supplied.
5.Goggles are not 'Reebok' make.
When I am asking for replacement,the lady on the phone says she will call back, but there is no response.
