Respected Sir,
I ordered a shoe rack in rediff shopping website. They deducted the money from my account but did not send me the item. When I checked their customer support they said that they will refund the money. Even after 10 days they have not refund the money back. Now the customer support is not even replying to my mails. They are cheating and request you to impose heft fine and help me get my money back
