I have purchased Iberry Auxux brand''s Auxus Linea L-1 handset on 30-06-2014 from e-bay but form the first day of product receive I am facing so many problems with this handset, it was defected. Then I complaint to mobile company, ebay & seller also immediately. but seller & ebay don''t take any responsibility for this, they told me that it is under warranty. Then I contact to mobile company about handset problem (handset totally dead) they advice me to go to service center Satyam Mobile & Computers, Bhopal. I request them to replace this handset because of defect but they repair me temporarily its Work order No. RVSRN1408STM00062 date 07/08/2014 & i receive after 1 month. Now again problem occur in this handset touch not working & I given it to service center its Work order No. RVSRN1502STM00155 dated 25/02/2015 but till I have no any proper update from service center & company also. I am very upset because of company treatment & service.
