I have ordered airtel DTH connection through Komparify on 8th of April. The order number is 73446-229339-D24261. After two days of follow-ups DTH got installed on Monday 13th of April. Still my connection has not got activated. When I talked to airtel customer care, they have mentioned that required details has not been provide by Komparify. Whenever I communicated to Komparify through email, they responds with message that it will be rectified earliest. But, I do not see any positive response Komparify side. Even komparify do not pick-ups the phone from my number. Since last three days I am requesting komparify (through email) to resolve the issue but it is not yet resolved.
