Hi,

VERY BIG FRAUD BY PAYTM.

I have booked the ticket on Apr 16 2015 in SRS travels from Dindigul to Chennai @ 9:45 PM.

Ticket PNR : 9191078
PayTM ID : OADLEJ
Seat No : 1L

But there is no such seat available in that bus.But in the PayTM website they shown the ticket while I am bboking.

I also asked the Customer care to cancel this ticket.But they are not responding yet.

So, Please do the needful for this.
