I purchase micromax Balt A069 on 27 march 2015 for rs 5500. this is not working properly from the very fist day.now 3 times I went to customer care office BT all in vain they are careless people. company is committing fraud with customers by selling defected handset. they are not even ready to listen us after getting price for defected handset.neither they are ready to replace my mobile nor willing to give back my money.k kindly help me
