Complaint Details
On 30th March 2015,I called Fast Tech Service(South-X, Tilak Nagar) for my Samsung LCD-40" TV repair after getting their number from just dial.The very same day they send their engineer (Raj-8882333373)to fix it.The engineer said we need to take TV to our workshop for repair.he took visiting charges Rs.200 and TV with him.
After regular follow up, after 15 days they returned one LCD TV with same model which was not mine & was in worst conditions. TV LCD screen was cracked,TV body and panel was full of scratched & power supply port was also different. Overall TV was not in working condition.
I requested then several time to return back my TV & they were giving excuses. I personally went to their offices address which they have mentioned in their invoice slip & web portals, which was wrong addresses:-

Please do needful soon & strict action should be taken against this Fraud company and its staff which are making fools to their customer.
