Dear Sir/Madam,

In the month of Dec14 I have received various calls from few employees of City Value card who themselves claims as employees of Citi bank from different departments. They have offered me a personal loan at 9.75% per annum in form of bank overdraft. They informed me that since they are offering unsecured overdraft facility, bank needs one FD of INR 50000.00 There were several people involved in this case and therefore I was convinced about this scheme and then they told me that Citi Bank have Tie up with City Value card and cheque to be issued in favour of City Value Card. On later part after submitting all documents and issuing cheque everyone got disappear.

I checked on google, called to customer care of Citi bank and they refused any such kind of tie up with city value card, I called City Value card office and then one person named deepak picked up call and assured me that money will be refunded back but now he is also not responding and non from City Value card company is responding. I have written several mails as well as raised online complaints but no response.

Need your support here to resolve the case.
