I have ordered one item from ebay when i opened the product found one screw fallen in the package and upon carefull observation that one part of the screw is inside the product and other part in the package. I have tried to call the seller by phone no response and then I have send them a note via ebay message service. I haven't recieved any response from them. I am enclosing the email which i have sent to you. Then I tried to raise a claim via paisapay. I couldnt as the server didnt take me to the next page. I have tried now also, the page displayed is as enclosed. The I contacted ebay customer service via chat and raised a claim with the help of them. Chat transcript is as enclosed. Today I have recieved a cal from ebay customer service mentioning that my claim is rejected as i am late to file a claim. Ebay site is not working properly and because of that i couldnt file a claim. No response from their seller and they are asking me to solve the issue with the seller. How is it possible as the seller is not responding to my calls and my emails. I have a product which is not as expected and I have paid the amount. They are not ready to accept the fault and rectify the problem. Please do the needful for the same at the earliest. Ebay is cheating me upon reciept of my payment and giving a low quality item to me. They are rejecting my claim by telling some non sense excuses.
