Complaint Details
I have booked 2BHK flat by paying Rs.4.19 lakh in Nov.2011 (2/203 Snowdrop). There is no progress in work and no communication from them till May 2014. When I enquired about my flat they were not responded in proper way. When I wrote them that I will go to police or court or media to get justice then they send one email. In that email they mentioned that they have not received commencement certificate that is why the work is held up. They also threatened me that if I do any attemp to tarnish their reputation they will approach my employer i.e. BARC as well as initiate criminal proceedings for blackmailing and threatening against me. Sir, I am a physically handicap person. Now I cannot by a flat if this deal is not materialising. I need your help to get my flat at the earliest and my money in triple time of my amount paid to them.
