Complaint Details
I had taken the hathway connection in my office. It is always interrupted, either it's slow or totally down. Everyday 3-4 hrs. Are lost. It is affecting the business bad way. Also, the package is for 1 year, which you have already paid. Thus you are locked with hathway. Numerous complaints are unresolved.
