SBI has been sent my credit card with Bluedart wrongly with following details
Waybill No 43845896253 Date 18 April 2015 From Gurgaon To Amritsar
Card has been booked on 18th April and reached on 20th April at Amritsar and when it reaches at Amritsar I have been called to Bluedart Office on Phone 01832555102 and company executive assured me to deliver this packet at my location and also denied to handover this package on counter due to security region. I accept his statement but when I have been checked status from Bluedart website it shown out of delivery area. I called with Customer Care on Telephone 18602331234 and she tell me that my area is more than 25 km whenever my area is just 11.5 Kms from Bluedart Office Amritsar and 500 meter from where bluedart services are stopped as stated by bluedart staff.
Secondly bluedart staff is very irresponsible because after check status i have been attempted many phone calls on every local bluedart number that shown on bluedart web site but nobody picked my phone to give response.
this is not happen first time with me. every time when anyone send courier wrongly with this courier company its happened. if they not able to deliver packet to the customer why should they cheat with customer. Why book the package if company not able to provide service. Other courier like ats first flight dtdc etc deliver at my location but bluedart courier boy not able to deliver in 500 mtr. Delivery boy is adviser to select which area is falls in delivery area and which is not in delivery area and rest of staff and information provided on bluedart website is wrong. Nobody called to customer on mobile which is given at time of booking.
kindly direct to bluedart staff to avoid this type in future. Anyone can send lifesaving or other valuable things by courier if courier provides this type of service what means to book through the courier. if bluedart not able to provide services to customers stop this type of service and harassment of customers
