From last few days I found that my internet does not connect neither via Hybrid or Reliance 3 mode before 9 AM in the morning. I get "The connection was terminated by the remote computer before it could be completed" error. Only connects with Highspeed 1x mode. That is only 153.6kbps. But I am paying for 3.1mbps that is 20 times than the speed that they provide before 9 am.
I called the customer care this morning regarding this issue. He told me that I have consumed my whole data plan (i.e. 40 GB). I told him that I haven't consumed that. I saw yesterday evening that I have consumed about 25 GBs and 15 GBs remaining. He forcefully told me that you have used it. When I told him give me the statistics. I was not connected last night. So, how can I consume 15 GBs in one night? He gave a lame excuse that I might have downloaded several movies by that night! And he also threatened me to disconnect the call!
I have attached the screenshots of my remaining data balance and the not connecting error. It clearly shows that the customer care representative gives false information and tries to misguide customers.
I want to seek the attention of the concerned person to look into this matter.
