I had raised a complain on Feb 15, 2015 and was given complain no as R 150215042915 . The technician came for visit and informed that the TV needs to be taken to the service center and then repaired. TV was taken on Feb 21 and I was given an estimate on 5740 for the repair of some board which was not working. I agreed to the same and asked him to repair the TV, which was delivered on Feb 28. However from very next day same problem occurred. The TV started flickering from the right corner , blinks and turns off. The red light fluctuates and then the tv goes off. Since then the same problem has occurred and my tv has now been taken for repair by the service center in total 4 times and delivered 4 times. Latest being delivered yesterday and the same problem persisting now too. TV is being repaired by your service center named as National Aircon, Mahim , Mumbai.

I have paid Rs 5740 – as mentioned on the slip it was towards P-Board , had the trouble of being at home 8 days for the pick up and delivery and now for around 45 days my TV is still not repaired.

I have been a Panasonic user for a very long time but have never received such bad service ever. Today I have again registered a complain , complain no R270315137877.

Kindly look into the matter and resolve the matter else refund my amount paid , if the technical team is not able to repair the instrument.

I have attached all chain mails.

TV Delivered on 13/14 April, with old wire which was earlier changed to a new one.
Wire has got tape all over it.
And the same problem is still persisting.
Humble request to return all parts of my TV and my amount of Rs5740/-. I have been cheated by National Aircon.
