Complaint Details
On 03.12.2014, I visited your restaurant along with my friends and ordered for Chicken Thai curry, plain rice, chicken shanghai noodles, fried rice and veg. Manchurian, which can be verified against your bill no. B0109739 dated 03.12.2014.



Unfortunately, the meal served to us was not up to the mark, and was contaminated with little insects, which apparently were from the broccoli used during preparation. We noticed the same at the end of our meal, and we did bring to the notice of your Jr. Sous Chef (Abirbhab Das Adhikary) and the EAM F&B (Javed Kalam). We were very disappointed as we were tourists in your city, and had heard praises of your restaurant, but were left with a possible risk of food poisoning.
